Arya can answer many questions, help you understand information and guide you to the right next step. She is not a lawyer, a doctor or an official authority, and she cannot promise you a result.

Arya identifies you by your passport number and your name, so she can find your MSV profile. Please use your own details only, and do not write to Arya on behalf of someone else without telling her so.

Arya does not know the details agreed between you and your employer — your exact schedule, your contract, your accommodation. When you ask about those, she will say so and pass your question to the MSV support team.

Arya can help you understand the information you receive. Some documents or situations still need to be checked by a person from the MSV team.

Please keep the conversation respectful. We may stop the service for someone who uses it to threaten or abuse other people.
